I help individuals, solopreneurs and small business teams to restore their relationships, wellness, and confidence as a springboard to achieving their full potential.
I help women stop life rushing by and re-find their authentic self.  My coaching space is welcoming, confidential, and caring, so you are free to decide who you really are, what you want from life, and how to get there. You may want more, you may want less, you may have no idea what you want. But that restless feeling inside tells you you’re looking for change. It’s easy to get lost or distracted, but by learning to trust your own integrity and find your inner compass you can uncover your unique purpose and feel empowered to change.
I coach by integrating the Positive Intelligence coaching framework and app (used by > 500,000 people worldwide.) with my decades of experience as a physiotherapist and acupuncturist, in a confidential, and caring coaching space. My programmes give powerful, proven results. You will learn over a nine to twelve-week period an operating system to uncover your unique purpose and the skills that empower transformation.
The demands of family, friends, career and life, can mean time for our own needs and identity get lost and we begin to lose our sense of self. In my programmes you are heard, and there is time to explore and innovate creatively.
Proven relaxation, and mindfulness techniques used in a brand-new way, slow down the headlong rush and give you head space to prioritise – priceless.

What I do

In the recesses of our minds, echoes of doubt, resentment, negative judgment and imposter syndrome often linger, stemming from childhood or challenging life events.
Churning anxiety and circular negative thoughts such as, "I'm not good enough, clever enough, pretty enough, deserving enough…etc.", or “Don’t rock the boat, you might fail," prevent us reaching our true potential and cause such a lack of mental and physical wellbeing.
They are persuasive lies and half-truths which sabotage and hold us back, but, if you're here, you have a desire for something more..
When I was younger, I was dogged by a need to hyper-achieve, people please and constantly, but unknowingly, sabotaged myself. You might be tempted to think those negative traits drove me to be successful – I’m a health business owner, best-selling author and broadcaster but I could have achieved all that, and more, with less, stress, misery and exhaustion.Over the years, I have spent thousands of pounds and hours trying to ‘fix’ what I thought was wrong with me. Truth is, there is nothing wrong with me, I am exactly who I am meant to be, I just needed to value my strengths, quieten the negative voices in my head and stop trying to be someone else.
I coach because my purpose in life is to help others thrive, rather than simply survive each day, feeling like they could drown at any moment. I don’t want anyone else to achieve their success driven by negativity, when it can all be done better in ease and flow.

Yes. Coaching is for all ages and types of people. If you have a dream or a goal, coaching gives you the framework and support to achieve it. It’s an exciting journey of self-discovery.
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to move into a different place in your life or you’re coping with a change of circumstances. Doing it yourself does not mean doing it alone, having someone who supports you and cheers you on while providing accountability, is the ideal way to stay focused on your goals.
Previously best known for athletes and business people, increasingly mums, wives, employees, entrepreneurs, creative artists, people from all walks of life, seek coaching to be the best they can be in their chosen path.
It does depend what you’d like to work on – some specific issues may only need 1 or 2 sessions.
For a deeper dive, you will have all the basic skills you need after an eight-week programme, plus you retain access to the App for a year. Many clients book occasional 1-2-1 sessions to stay on track because coaching is so helpful.
Counselling is a talking therapy that helps with mental health conditions along with traumatic life events and bereavements etc. It largely focuses on past events and the feelings associated with these to help heal.

Mentoring is a relationship where the mentor will advise and share their experience and knowledge.

Coaching is a collaboration which focuses on the actions you wish to take to create the future you want. Although we may touch on the past to understand thought patterns or beliefs, the aim is to move forward towards a particular goal or vision. It helps to identify strengths and values to build confidence and self -belief.
It is important to be sure we are a good fit to work together. For you to get the best out of our sessions you need to feel comfortable.
